1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Consultation booking form: full name, email address, optionally a phone number and a note about your learning goal. This data is used to schedule the free consultation and create a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link - legal basis: performance of a contract / steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Contact form: name, email address and message content - solely to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies and statistics: the site uses Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for anonymous visit statistics and ad performance measurement - only after consent given in the cookie banner.

3. Who we share data with

Data from consultation bookings is sent to Google Calendar (Google LLC) to create the event and Meet link. Statistical data is processed by Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) - only in aggregated/anonymous form. We do not sell or share personal data with other parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention period

We keep booking and contact form data for as long as needed to manage the collaboration, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, and restrict its processing. Write to wojtek@learngerman.pl for any such request.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at this address.
